SASR Workforce Solutions has become aware that consumers are receiving letters from a company using the SASR Workforce Solutions name and logo, selecting them to participate in a “Retail Research Survey” or “Secret Retail Evaluation Exercise.” The letter includes a check to deposit at the participant’s bank, where the funds will be used to purchase non-reloadable Walmart Visa prepaid cards or non-reloadable prepaid American Express gift cards. The check is later discovered to be fraudulent.

Please be advised that these letters and checks are not from SASR Workforce Solutions and that there is no affiliation or connection with SASR Workforce Solutions or any of our vendors. Market research organizations do not conduct research by selecting mystery shoppers and asking consumers to take gift card pictures.

If you receive such a letter or check, we ask that you please disregard it or report it to your local law enforcement authorities.
